Vanguards Rec Team

The Vanguards Rec Team is our recreational youth climbing team for climbers who want consistent coaching, skill development, and a positive team environment without the full commitment of a competitive program.

The team meets once per week and focuses on:

• climbing technique
• fitness and movement
• training fundamentals
• teamwork
• confidence and problem-solving
• developing a lifelong love of climbing

Vanguards receive full Vertical Ventures member benefits and free rental gear as part of their membership.

Ages: 6–18
Monthly Membership: $170

Practice days and coach assignments vary by enrollment option. Please select the available team session that best fits your climber.

Please note: There are no make-up practices for missed team sessions. Climbers are encouraged to visit the gym on non-practice days to continue building skills.
